Connect Plus who, represent Highways England, have contacted us to provide an update on some improvements on the A23. We are told, works will start on the 14 th Feb. for approximately 1 month between Netherne Drive and Dean Lane when the northbound carriageway layby opposite Starbucks, will be subject of repairs and approximately 400 metres of the Brighton Road footway on the southbound side between Star Lane and Church Lane will be resurfaced. Please note: a temporary traffic light systems and a pedestrian diversion will be put in place during these works.
