Dear Hooley Residents Association,
Connect Plus Services works on behalf of Connect Plus and National Highways to operate and maintain the M25 motorway and its linking roads, including the A23 Brighton Road between the M25 and Transport for London boundary.
We’re writing to inform you about planned resurfacing work on the A23 Brighton Road in Hooley. To carry out the work safely, overnight road closures will be in place between 10pm and 6am from Monday 9 June to Saturday 28 June 2025.
Please find attached a copy of a letter that has been shared with residents and businesses in Hooley and Netherne on the Hill. Advance warning signs are in place at strategic locations to notify road users of the upcoming closures.
