Dear Hooley Residents Association,
We are writing to inform you about work which is planned on the A23 Brighton Road in Hooley, Surrey, between Monday 24 February and Friday 21 March 2025.
The work will consist of the installation of new road signs, ahead of plans to reduce the speed limit through Hooley village from 40mph to 30mph in both directions and reduce the speed limit on the approach to Hooley village from M23 junction 7 in Spring 2025.
A letter to residents and businesses in Hooley and Netherne-on-the Hill, informing them of this work, has been sent out today and is attached for your information.
